1. 1. Must be a 2012 USTRC member to compete.

  2. 2. Must have a 2012 40+ Membership card to rope.

  3. 3. Must attend three roping throughout the year to qualify for the finals.

  4. 4. Points will be awarded to header and heeler in each category: #11 Slide, #10, #9, #8 at all 40+ Team Roping Championship   Ropings who make the short go.

  5. 5. We will take 20 teams to the short round of each roping (must qualify on three head to make the short round).

  6. 6. Points will be awarded through 20 places (i.e. 1st place = 20 points, 2nd place = 19 points, etc.)

  7. 7. At ropings without a #8, the #9 will have a #8 incentive with points awarded based on places paid as described above. Incentive will be paid on three head.

  8. 8. If ropings are paid to teams that don't reach the short go then points will be awarded to places paid.

  9. 9. Points will be awarded to 40+ members form the 1st roping of the 2012 roping season thru the preliminary roping at the 2012 finals.

  10. 10. Finals will consist of a Preliminary roping and a shoot-out roping in each category: #11 slide, #10, #9, #8.

 

 

40+Team Roping Championships Shoot-outs

 

  1. 1. Every member receives 1 shoot-out with his/her membership

  2. 2. All other shoot-outs are awarded to header & heeler placing in the average of all 40+ Ropings.

  3. 3.Ropers winning shoot-outs may enter up to three times in each category. One shoot-out per entry.

  4. 4. If your partner is unable to attend or his/ her number has changed making your team ineligible to rope, you may choose another 40+ member whose number makes you a qualified team.

  5. 5. Finals shoot - outs will be $100/roper with 80% payback. Enter up to 3 times/ category.

  1. 1. Producers will sell US and 40+ memberships @ 40+ Ropings throughout the year

  2. 2. 40+ Membership are $50/person

  3. 3. One dollar per team will be paid to the USTRC

  4. 4. One dollar per team will be paid to the 40 + Team Roping Championships

  5. 5. 66% of entry fees are paid back to ropers in cash and prizes throughout the year.

  6. 6. All results on teams placing in the short-round including paid results list 20 teams (If 20 teams make the short round) if not just the teams that make the short round on 3 head.

  7. 7.All ropings are 4 header progressive on 1. Enter one draw one OR draw two for $100/roper. Enter 3 times for 6 total runs.
